Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping future generations of biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of several online publications and is a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. The couple has three kids.
